30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective

The item is damaged

You receive the wrong product
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (such as beauty items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to:

Return the item you have.

Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
The item must still meet the conditions above (unused, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at business@moomihush.com.
